Facts, not sales pitches.
CRM Switchboard is an independent, free reference for nonprofit staff planning a donor CRM switch. The CRM Switchboard editorial team checks every price, offer and feature claim against the vendor's own pages, dates it, and links the source. Vendors can't pay for rankings, recommendations or quiz results. Unverified facts are marked Unknown.
Every fact is cited
Each fact links to the page it came from — usually the vendor's own pricing page, help center or docs — with the date we last verified it.
Unknown means unknown
If we couldn't verify something, we say so instead of guessing. Difficulty labels are our editorial estimate from the cited sources.
Re-checked weekly
A script re-reads every source page each week and flags changes for review. Changes feed the newsletter.
Independence
Sponsors may appear in clearly labeled sponsor slots and in the newsletter. Sponsors never change the facts on profile or guide pages, and nobody pays to be included or ranked.
Logos & trademarks
Product names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners, used for identification only. CRM Switchboard is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by any vendor.
Each logo comes from the vendor's own brand kit or, where none is public, the logo file on the vendor's website, retrieved Oct 16, 2026. We don't recolor or redraw logos; where a vendor's combined logo was the only source, we show just its icon so it fits a square tile.
