CRM Switchboard Take the quiz

Privacy notice

CRM Switchboard collects as little as possible. Most tools run in your browser and send nothing. The one form that stores personal details is Get matched: we keep what you enter so a person can review it, and we share it only with up to 3 migration firms, only with your consent. We never sell it.

What happens to my Get matched request?

  • What we store: the answers you give (current and target CRM, record count, budget, timeline, organization budget, worries), your name, organization, email, optional phone, your consent, and the page you came from. We also store the date, a one-way hash of your IP address (for spam and rate limiting, not the IP itself), your country as reported by our host, and your browser's user-agent string.
  • Where: in a database on Cloudflare, the company that hosts this site.
  • Who sees it: the person who runs CRM Switchboard. With your consent, we share your request with up to 3 migration firms from our directory that suit your move. We note internally which firms might fit, but no firm sees your request until we share it.
  • What we don't do: sell your details, add you to a newsletter or mailing list, or share your request with more than 3 firms.
  • How long we keep it: until it's no longer needed to help with your move, or until you ask us to delete it.
  • Deleting your request: reply to any email we send you about it and ask us to delete it, or send a new request saying "delete my request" in the worries box with the same email address.

Do the free tools send my data anywhere?

No. The export checker, calculators, quiz and readiness checklist run in your browser. The quiz and checklist save your answers in your browser's local storage so you can come back to them; that data stays on your device.

What about the other forms?

The price-alert, newsletter, consultant-listing and corrections forms aren't connected yet. They send and store nothing; they only show what they would send.

What does the host log?

Cloudflare, our host, processes standard request data (such as IP address and browser) to serve and protect the site. We don't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
