Moving from NPSP to Agentforce Nonprofit (formerly Nonprofit Cloud) is a re-implementation in a new org, not an upgrade: people become Person Accounts and donations become gift transactions and commitments. You don't have to move, because NPSP is still supported. Eligible nonprofits get 10 donated licenses; paid editions start at $70 per user per month.
