Free CRM migration offers

Yes, some do. We track 6 free or included migration offers, from Givebutter's Magic Migration and DonorPerfect's free data transfers to conversion included in Bloomerang onboarding. Each offer has a catch, such as a plan minimum, a contract or limited scope, so every card below lists the catch and links to the vendor's own page.

Givebutter

Magic Migration

Free data extraction and mapping into Givebutter's import templates. Covers Bloomerang, Constant Contact, DonorPerfect, Little Green Light, Mailchimp, Neon, Virtuous and Network for Good; other platforms by request.1

The catch: Your team reviews, cleans and runs the import.

DonorPerfect

Free data transfers

'Free data transfers from most CRMs.'2

The catch: Which CRMs count as 'most' is not listed on the pricing page.

Bloomerang

Conversion in onboarding

'Most migrations are included in your onboarding package', with a dedicated Conversion Project Manager when conversion is in the plan. Raiser's Edge switchers: Bloomerang 'helps buy out your Blackbaud contract'.3 4

The catch: 'Most', not all; standard conversion timeline 12-14 weeks.

DonorDock

Free human-assisted migration

'DonorDock provides free, human-assisted data migration' from legacy systems such as Bloomerang and DonorPerfect, with 90 days of guided onboarding.5

The catch: Not one of our 10 profiled CRMs yet.

AlignMint

Free nonprofit data migration

Free migration review with provider-specific paths (Salesforce NPSP, Raiser's Edge NXT, Bloomerang, Neon, Little Green Light, Givebutter and more), marked 'Assisted migration supported' or 'Migration review required'.6

The catch: Not one of our 10 profiled CRMs yet.
