Is eTapestry going away? Not officially
No. As of Nov 2, 2026, Blackbaud still sells eTapestry, with Request a Demo and Ask About Pricing on its product page. We found no end-of-sale notice. A competitor, Bloomerang, says it's "likely sunsetting". That's Bloomerang's claim, not Blackbaud's, so plan on your own timeline.

Is eTapestry still sold?
Yes. Blackbaud calls it "entry-level software" and still offers demos and pricing requests.1 We found no retirement notice on that page (checked Nov 2, 2026).
Why do people think it's being discontinued?
Bloomerang's competitor page says Blackbaud's shift to Raiser's Edge means "no more eTapestry updates and likely sunsetting".2 That's marketing from a rival, not a Blackbaud announcement.
How much does eTapestry cost?
Quote only. Blackbaud prices by "your organization's size, number of users, selected solutions or modules, and the level of support and services desired".3 Every subscription includes implementation, training and basic data conversion.1 We don't repeat review-site prices.
Export your data before you decide
- Do it yourself: Blackbaud's help page says to create two custom exports, all account information and all journal entries.4
- Pay Blackbaud: a Final Data Export in tab-delimited files. Support "cannot give details on pricing nor scheduling"; an account rep quotes it.45
